Dr. Samuela Palombieri earned her degree in Plant Biotechnology and her PhD in Plant Biotechnology at the University of Tuscia. She worked as a research fellow from 2014 to 2016 at the CNR in Portici, and from 2019 to 2021 at DAFNE. Since 2022, she has been a Type A Researcher (SSD AGR/07) in the DAFNE Department and has been appointed as a member of the joint committee at DAFNE. Her current research focuses on the genetic improvement of wheat’s quality and nutritional traits, aiming to increase resistant starch, provitamin A, and micronutrient content.
